Pre-launch version. This website (nebula-tech.eu) presents Nebula Drones, a product currently in development, and offers the option to join a non-binding waitlist.

1. Scope and provider

The provider of this website is forgecloud GmbH (see Imprint). These terms apply to the use of this website and to registration on the waitlist.

2. No contract concluded via this website

No paid contract is currently concluded via this website. The information, service descriptions, and prices presented are non-binding and do not constitute a legally binding offer.

3. Waitlist

Registration on the waitlist is done by email and is free of charge and non-binding. It does not create any claim to provision of the service. You can withdraw your registration informally at any time by email to ralf.suess@forgecloud.de. For the processing of your data, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Prices

All prices stated on this website are net, plus any applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Prices and scope of service are provisional and may change before the service launches.

5. Full terms at service launch

The complete terms and conditions for the Nebula Drones service, including a data processing agreement (DPA), will be published here before the paid service launches.

6. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
